Sergiu deals with registrations, transfers of shares, capital increases and reductions, liquidations and dissolutions, being an expert in tax, labor and intellectual property law.

Currently, she coordinates the company’s litigation area, representing clients before all courts, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in tax, commercial, civil, administrative litigation, family law, intellectual property and labor disputes.
