Collaboration Between Us
Vulpoi and Associates Law Firm works professionally, ensuring efficient and transparent client communication from the first contact. We are attentive to every detail in evaluating our work offer and first hold preliminary conversations or correspondence with potential clients to determine their requests, needs, expectations, and possibilities to decide if our competence and workload allow for the conclusion of a legal assistance contract. Then, we make a preliminary estimate of the volume and type of legal work, as well as the involved costs, which are communicated to the client through a legal service offer within a reasonable term.
Once the preliminary agreement is received, Vulpoi and Associates Law Firm drafts and sends potential clients in writing, usually via email, a proposal for the legal assistance contract, requesting clarification of any ambiguities, suggestions for modifications or additions, and all identification and contact data. After finalizing negotiations through reaching an agreement, usually via correspondence, on all the contract clauses, the collaboration is finalized by signing the Legal Assistance Contract, which has the nature of a certified document and an enforceable title.
The Legal Assistance Contract with Vulpoi and Associates Law Firm is regulated by the Statute of the Legal Profession, often being developed as detailed as possible on several important legal aspects of its subject, rights, and obligations of the parties, if applicable, to provide the Client with the necessary clarity and to avoid ignorance of legal provisions that are anyhow implicitly applicable. The contracts have content adapted to the type of contract (for litigation, consultancy, or special services, differentiated according to the specific or generic object, subscription or on-demand type) and the client (professional or consumer), and are drafted in Romanian or bilingually, with subsequent additional acts possible.
According to legal standards, the expenses made by Vulpoi and Associates Law Firm on behalf of the Client are reimbursed separately and are not included in attorney fees, which are paid partially in advance or at the end of the project and are established hourly or globally, and may include, besides the base fee paid regardless of achieving the final goal pursued by the Client, considering that legal obligations are, by law, of diligence, not result, the effort and time consumed for the Client, as well as a success fee, if applicable, established exclusively as a percentage depending on the value of the contract’s object.
The success of our collaboration depends firstly on the Client providing requested information and documents completely and promptly, so good communication between Vulpoi and Associates Law Firm and the Client and the Client’s compliance with the Law Firm’s indications is essential.
