In the civil debt recovery activity, we provide the following legal services, as presented below, but not limited to: drafting and sending payment notices to debtors, assistance during negotiations (if applicable), starting legal procedures for payment orders, small claims or normal actions (depending on each particular situation), assistance and representation both at the stage of the procedure carried out in court and afterwards, until the recovery of the debt (enforcement).
