Collaborating Lawyer at Vulpoi and Associates, she has a rich professional experience of 25 years in the legal profession, during which, regardless of the form in which she practiced her profession without any interruption in her activity as a pleading lawyer before the courts, she has demonstrated capacity and tenacity starting from the Ministry of Public Finance as a legal advisor and reaching the position of Deputy Executive Director coordinator within the Legal Directorate of the Ministry of Finance, respectively the Regional General Directorate of Public Finance Bucharest.

Currently, Iuliana has remained dedicated to her profession and, as a collaborating lawyer, coordinates the litigation area within the Vulpoi si Asociatii Law Firm, the expertise to cover the representation of clients before all courts, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in the most important branches of litigation such as fiscal, commercial, civil, administrative litigation, family law, intellectual property, labor relations and conflicts.

Assisting and representing clients in litigation includes studying the client’s documents, researching the doctrine and jurisprudence in the case subject to analysis, identifying solutions for managing the case, drafting court requests (lawsuit, response, reply, written notes, written conclusions, etc.)
